Janice M. Duffin, MSN, RN, CCM

CareDirect is an independent professional care management practice, located in Ardmore, PA. Practice owner Janice M. Duffin, MSN, RN, CCM provides professional care management services to clients and their families.  Services are tailored to meet the needs of the individual aging client and range from a one-time assessment to ongoing care management, which may include medication management, scheduling and attending doctor appointments, coordination of recommendations from health care providers and coordination of in-home care. Efforts focus on coordination of an array of appropriate services that will best meet the needs of the individual client.

Janice Duffin, MSN, RN, CCM is a registered nurse, certified in case management since 1992. Janice graduated magna cum laude from Thomas Jefferson University and earned her Masters degree in nursing from Villanova University. Her experience in rehabilitation nursing, disability case management, nursing research for women with disabilities and as a faculty advisor with vision, led her to the field of geriatric care management. Janice started her care management practice, CareDirect, in 2001.

Janice is the current President of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. She serves as a member of the Haverford Township Senior Citizen Advisory Council, and volunteers as a Master Gardener through Penn State’s Delaware County Extension Office.
